Kommentare: Once I had setup my account and the plugin, it took a few hours for it to start collecting data. Within a few more hours, I started seeing data for the visitors. My website is brand new so I don't get much traffic yet. Still, within about 24 hours after I connected my Wordpress account, Leadworx had captured about 5 visitors, including a business with 30 employees that would be well within my prospect profile. Also, within minutes after integrating, I was seeing all my data from Salesflare inside Leadworx. Even better, they had sliced the data that was *caputured by salesflare* and presented my existing contacts and accounts in 3 pie charts that categories them by industry, number of employees, country. For the first time, I got a clear picture of the kinds of customers we have had. The capture (sync) of the visitor data into a sales funnel within my Salesflare account was also also easy. It was pretty cool to be able to actually capture the data into 1) one of the sales funnels I had set up inside Salesflare and 2) assign a "stage" to the account within that sales funnel.

Vorteile: The user interface is smooth, well-thought-out, and pleasant. But it does not stop there. It's hard to get both form and function right. Leadworx does an excellent job at combining the two. Setting up my account was flawless. Adding my website was a breeze. For a Wordpress user like me, they went a step ahead and provided a plugin that would add the needed script. I much prefer the plug-in route as it would be easy deactivate later if I don't need it for some reason. The instructions to install the Wordpress plug-in were simple and easy to follow. They could have just left it up to the user to add the couple of lines code. (They do have those instructions on their help portal, if that's preferred.) The best part I think is that integrates with quite a few popular CRM systems such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and Zoho. I was thrilled to find out that it also integrated Salesflare, which is what I use. Again, the integration with Salesflare was flawless. It also integrates quite a few email clients and Slack.

Nachteile: I can't think of any. Perhaps they can add some of the more popular email clients, such as Active Campaign, which is what I use, to their integrations. (Their roadmap mentions that they are looking into it.)

Kommentare: It's hard to find good B2B leads, and you often don't know how many people have visited your website with a genuine interest. Leadworx gives you great and accurate leads, and has allowed me to finally have a good pool of leads and information about those leads so I can reach out. This is much better than being a completely cold contact where the company hasn't expressed interest. With these leads, I am not going in blind when contacting them. They have already visited my site, and I know more about them. It's been fantastic!

Vorteile: Many tools that reveal your website visitors use Google Analytics to do so, and they can only detect companies that have a dedicated IP address registered to their name. Unfortunately, this leads to a ton of bad leads and you also get a lot of schools (from students browsing from their IP) and internet providers (since IPs are often registered to the provider). Leadworx is better because they actually have a database of millions of businesses that they have put together, and is always growing. So I have found the leads I get from my visitors are FAR more accurate than the several other tools I have tried that only use Google Analytics. Also, the fact that they track the visitor's path through the website is great, so you can see how far that visitor got and contact them with that information in mind!

Nachteile: They do limit how many companies they reveal the contact info for, depending on your plan. While they have some great info, I wish it would just apply to every company that visits without a limit. Also, I would like to see a little more info from each company such as more social profile info, etc.
