Doesn't have indefinite email opens tracking by subscriber which is important for my business. Must use a secondary service if sending more than 2000 emails per day.

it's complicated to startup and use, but it has alot of documentation and videos available to help

The only downside is that if you're managing very large lists, Gmail's sending limits might require you to stagger your emails over time, but GMass handles this limitation well by queuing emails and sending them automatically once limits reset.

I am new to using automated email services but GMass has exceeded my expectations. I needed it for simple mass outreach (not in traditional email marketing sense) and tracking, and it provides exactly that. It is very easy to use, that's exactly what I was looking for.

One thing I am still figuring out though is the accuracy of email stats.

Kommentare: I enjoy using Gmass, some of the code and logic shown on its UI is something that I enjoy, the automation for sending and splitting campaigns. How can you select the number of emails and triggers.

One of the best tool I have ever used for mu business. My team has just started using Gmass but we are already impressed by the features and services. Gmass has everything to ease my team's work. The best thing I found about Gmass is that it customization of services and problem rectification services. Gmass Provides features like automated follow-ups, push email campaign, multisend emails, and many more helped my team to do efficient and effective work.

Nachteile:

So many emails from Gmass it self and after sending the email campaign the email sits in draft untill I remove it manually.

Though pricey ( which is worth its cost); for now, I can't find anything much negative. just to update the system on bounced and rejected mail.

Just the natural limitations it has to work with inside gmail... 400-500 emails a day is not really a "Campaign" in the current state of email marketing.

It helps me to follow up as I can set it auto plus the beauty part is that I can see who opens and see the email and those who dont open at all. I love this feature so much as now I know what is the real scenario. Gmass is a true investment of saving time & money

Booking tours is getting easier!

Kommentare: Just started using this for my booking emails for music touring, and so far, it's working very well. Not the smoothest add on, but it is working for what I need, and is streamlining follow-ups, which is why I chose GMass.

Probably the best tool for mass emailing. I did a lot of research as I was budget conscious and also wanted to use Gmail servers to send the emails. Also wanted to have tracking available, as well as some other bells and whistles. I ended up comparing Mailtrack and GMass and decided to try GMass. Has been an absolute success so far. Monthly price is a little high, could be lower.

Love the polling feature!!

Vorteile:

I especially love the polling feature in GMass! I've utilized the simple poll function and have received even more responses than I ever did sending out a survey through an external link platform. When it is already in the email, it makes it so much more convenient!

Nachteile:

There are a ton of functions in GMass; which could lead to confusion. However, the extension has been so user-friendly, so if I'm not sure how to make something work it is always a simple Google search.
