What meta workspace did for my small business

Kommentare: I had an overall good exprience using the app durinf lockdown and afterwards.

Vorteile:

Meta workspace allows you to work from home, it helps you manage your communication between different co-workers. It also links to your meta business suite allowing smooth work flow between all meta apps.

Nachteile:

I didn't like its connection to all the other meta advertisment features.

Robust Tool for Effective Communication

Kommentare: Overall, my experience is remarkable with Workplace from Meta.

Vorteile:

Workplace from Meta is the main tool for internal communications in my organization. It like how it boost performance by alerting members of new and upcoming events.

Nachteile:

I have no negative aspect that I encounter when using Workplace from Meta.

Kommentare: Meh, it's not the worst thing in the world but it seems like there are far better options out there. While meta is the best for integrating Facebook, I feel learning to use other apps will be far more useful in the long term.

Vorteile:

Meta benefits from the key features of Facebook, so those familiar with that platform will have a fairly easy time navigating. This integration also allows one to benefit from existing social media profiles and connections and integrate them.

Nachteile:

It feels pretty cumbersome to use, with lots of options and features being buried under various features. It also comes with lots of bugs, with some posts not appearing, messages going missing or accounts being restricted arbitrarily. I lost access to one side of a business as it decided a user needed to verify their account through means that hadn't been set-up, so it could not be saved.

Workplace is connection to other products of Meta

Kommentare: It is good as it can be an excellent tool for meetings, and it can also connect to other products of Meta

As the company Meta has other products in their sleeves, the connection of the Workplace to the other products is quite smooth and can be easily accessed

Nachteile:

One con is the lack improvement of UI as it can be quite daunting for newcomers to use

I think it's a great environment when used internally in a company, i like employe profile, has helped me the most when making emergency contacts is the structural organization chart.

So far I have had no problems with the product.

Great for posting photos and updates

Since the UI is very similar to Facebook, it was very easy for employees to learn to use it, including for those with low digital literacy. I also like that it makes it very easy to post and share updates with the whole org.

Nachteile:

One on one or small group communication was harder since a separate workchat app had to be installed.

Great social media platform for business

Vorteile:

Our company launched WP as an internal social media and communication hub. It has been a big success. The group feature is nice as you can choose to follow/participate in areas that interest you.

Nachteile:

My only issue with WP is the feed. I would like to be able to have my feed show most recent posts by default. The default feed view ("Your Feed") doesn't seem to make sense as posts show up in random order. I would rather view everything chronologically.

What I liked most when using this application was the ease of work and conversation, in addition to the ease of saving data, since I am a designer who needs a larger capacity in order to save data.

Nachteile:

What I did not like about the application is the difficulty of communicating with support and the large capacity when downloading, especially from the iOS system

Vorteile:

Workplace from Meta is a great way to stay in touch with people, receive real-time updates, and easily manage multiple chats and conversations at once from the same dashboard. This saves time, especially if you're someone who manages multiple projects or someone who needs to be readily available to numerous people.

Nachteile:

Chat transcripts and chat history can be tricky to find.

Over all this product is great and works well with all it's functions. Try it and move around the various aspects of the tool to experience it's full functions.

Nothing at all, an enjoyable online working space program that can be utilized by many people in many locations at once.

Kommentare: It's a new and amazing way to keep everybody in your organization communicated, connected and feel part of not just a workplace but a community, this because of the way the platform is made that looks as other social media channel.

Vorteile:

Workplace is easy to set up profiles of the people at your organization, works as another social media platform but with the idea of making working places more as a community and the communication easier.

Nachteile:

There are so many options that Workplace from Meta has that we, as an organization, haven't explored yet, but probably one day.
