Kommentare: Meine Erfahrung mit Clockify war insgesamt ziemlich positiv. Es ist einfach zu bedienen und macht, was es soll – Arbeitszeiten erfassen und Projekte managen. Für jemanden wie mich, der mit verschiedenen Kunden und Projekten jongliert, ist es echt hilfreich, um den Überblick zu behalten. Klar, die Premium-Features wären manchmal praktisch, aber auch ohne die kommt man gut zurecht. Insgesamt spart es mir definitiv Zeit und Stress beim Tracken, was letztendlich das Wichtigste ist.

Vorteile:

Das Beste an Clockify ist für mich definitiv die Einfachheit und Übersichtlichkeit. Du kannst super easy deine Arbeitszeit tracken, Projekte und Aufgaben organisieren, und es hilft dir richtig, den Überblick über alles zu behalten. Gerade wenn man mehrere Projekte parallel laufen hat, ist es mega praktisch. Es ist auch echt flexibel – egal ob du am PC oder mobil arbeitest, du kannst einfach überall weiter tracken. Und: Es ist kostenlos, was als Selbstständiger echt ein Plus ist.

Nachteile:

Was mich bei Clockify manchmal nervt, ist, dass es in der kostenlosen Version ein paar Features gibt, die fehlen. Zum Beispiel sind manche Reports und erweiterte Analysen nur in der bezahlten Version verfügbar. Wenn man tiefer in die Zahlen gehen will, muss man halt upgraden. Außerdem kann es manchmal ein bisschen frustrierend sein, wenn man Tasks oder Projekte nachträglich ändern will – da könnte die Benutzerführung smoother sein. Aber für die Basics ist es schon ziemlich gut.

Projektzeiterfassung leicht gemacht

Vorteile:

Clockify eignet sich optimal für die effektive Projektzeiterfassung. Das gesamte Team kann parallel Angaben treffen, wer welche Aufgaben in welchem Projekt bearbeitet hat. Dabei gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten, die Tätigkeiten live oder im Nachgang zu dokumentieren, sodass für jeden die bequemste Erfassung garantiert ist.

Nachteile:

Ich muss lange nach einem Manko bei Clockify suchen. Im Vergleich zu alternativen Zeiterfassungstools ist dieses bislang das Beste.

Simple Zeiterfassung

Kommentare: Top Zeiterfassungsoftware, nicht zu überladen und erfüllt genau den Zweck.

Vorteile:

Das es nicht zu überladen wirkt und man direkt alles in einer Übersicht angezeigt bekommt.

Nachteile:

Das GUI ist veraltet bzw. nicht mein Geschmack. Es könnte moderner sein, was aber nicht die Funktion beeinträchtigt.

Super zur Erfassung von Zeiten

Vorteile:

Clockify ist eine von der beste Software, die ich mit mein Team damit gearbeitet haben und das war richtig top. Zuesrt benötigt nicht viel speicherplatz und zu zweite man kann die Zeit professionell verwalten.

Nachteile:

Manche Funktionen funktionieren nicht über das Desktop software, deshalb man muss im Web einloggen. Aber trotzdem das ist kein Risiko aber wäre besser wenn man alles im App machen kann

Kommentare: Es ist insgesamt ein gutes Produkt mit einer einfach zu bedienenden Benutzeroberfläche und kann Ihnen bei der Verwaltung Ihrer Projektstunden gut helfen.

Vorteile:

Das Beste daran ist, dass es auch kostenlos verwendet werden kann.

Nachteile:

Einige Zeit brauchen wir, um es mit Tools zu integrieren, und haben Schwierigkeiten bei diesem Prozess. Es sollte verbessert werden.

Nachteile:

Eigentlich keine. Was wir benötigen, haben wir schon bekommen.

Gutes Zeiterfassungs-Tool

Kommentare: In meiner Arbeit als Freelancerin hilft mir Clockify meine unterschiedlichen Kundenprojekte zeitlich zu erfassen und mit Hilfe der Integration in meine Buchhaltungssoftware kann ich auch gleich eine Rechnung erstellen.

Vorteile:

Es gibt eine separate Desktop App, so dass die Zeiterfassung am Rechner kinderleicht ist. Die Handhabung ist selbsterklärend und die kostenlose Version sehr umfangreich. Eine Integration zu lexxware ist möglich.

Nachteile:

Die Desktop-App zeigt nur die Zeiterfassung. Um den gesamten Account einsehen zu können, muss ich mich in den Brwoser einloogen.

Perfektes Tool zur Zeitaufzeichnung/Reporten verschiedener Projekte

Kommentare: Für jeden der verschieden Projekte zu betreuen hat und diese Aufzeichnen will/muss, ist Clockify ein perfektes Tool!

Vorteile:

Die Software ist in wenigen Minuten bereit zum Einsatz und ist sehr intuitiv zu bedienen! Da sie SW im Web sowie auch per eigener App erreichbar ist, kann die Zeit auch immer gleich mit getrackt werden und ein lästiges Nachtragen entfällt

Nachteile:

Habe noch keine Funktion gefunden, welche verbessert gehört und wüsste jetzt auch nicht was fehlt.

Clockify Dein kleines Helferlein für Projekte

Kommentare: Schön ist die Aufteilung der Projekte und Kunden. Endlich sehe ich die echte Arbeitszeit für eine Projekt und nicht die gefühlte. Spielt hervorragend mit Asana zusammen.

Vorteile:

Clockify überzeugt durch eine einfache Bedienung und ist auf allen Geräten präsent. Bietet mir eine Monatsübersicht der Projekte/Zeit um daraus Rechnungen zu generieren. Hilfreich sind die Berichte mit verschiedenen Filterfunktion. Eine App die ich nicht mehr missen möchte.

Nachteile:

Nachteiliges habe ich bis jetzt nicht erfahren können. Im Gegenteil, Clockify entwickelt sich.

Clockify is a great timekeeping platform, literally set up time is 5-minutes!

Vorteile:

Clockify is a very easy-to-set-up platform. Once one signs up, the functionality is available in minutes. It is easy to set up team members. The reporting is also straightforward; I use it to download my time with multiple clients into Excel.

Nachteile:

This only came up once: it is hard to protect existing information from inadvertently getting changed by a team member. It is likely a setting issue, but it was not clear how to prevent it at the time.

Simple and easy to use

Best Tool for detailed time tracking with projects & clients

Kommentare: I really like the user interface of Clockify, its simple and looks good but is not overdesigned or has too many details. It's a very clear experience when working with it.

Vorteile:

To me, Clockify is a pretty good time tracking platform for personal use or business, if you want to track tasks/ logs per project & client. It has many useful features like Clients, Projects, Project Tasks, Invoices. Time logs can have many fields or just as few as you want, that's essential to me. A task can be added to a project and a project task and can be labelled with tags, so you can categorize your logs.

Nachteile:

To me as a personal user with only a few tasks, the cost for an according plan is high, as I only need some features of other plans. I would like it better if there was an option to add single features as kind of add-on for a fair price. The mobile app is great too, but some useful features aren't yet implemented. But for basic logging it works, and more details can be added via web on desktop later.

Great for virtual assistants on retainer!

Kommentare: I think Clockify is the best option for me and my team as of right now, but there are certainly places where I think it could improve particularly on the client side and with notifications.

Vorteile:

I think my favorite thing about Clockify is that we can use it to track retainers for our clients. We simply put in the tasks with hour limits so that we can track our progress alongside how many hours have already been paid for. I haven't found any other platform on the market with this capability!

Nachteile:

I wish that the client side was a little more seamless. I don't want to have to pay for every single client that wants to see their progress on a retainer, but the only other option is to send them a shared report that doesn't show a project status. I also wish there were capabilities built in to where I could set a due date for projects and send notifications to my team if they are halfway through a retainer, falling behind or have completed used their hours. For example, we use the tasks within projects for our retainers which clients pay for upfront. So if a client pays for a 10 hour retainer, that is added in and assigned to the team member. They then look at the status to see how many hours they have used that have been paid for. I wish there was a way for me to set a due date that corresponded with the day that their next retainer would be paid and then send an email to my team member that says "hey you've used half your retainer!" or "hey, you are over your total retainer hours".

Track time easily

Clockify makes tracking your time and expenses so easy. It even reminds you if you forget to track it.

Nachteile:

The template makes things easy to duplicate, but it's not very robust for building in small differences like the color.

Great, easy and free

Kommentare: I find it very usefull and easy to use.
I add collaborators easily and they start using it very quick.
The reports are great and very detailled.
Also if you need, you can do more general reports.
Group information by customer, person, proyect, etc.

Vorteile:

It's very easy to use and to configure, and you can use it for free.

Nachteile:

There are some parts that you have to pay, but understandable. Very few cons.

Affordable time tracking tool

Honestly speaking we have not faced any forms of drawbacks when implementing the software.

CLOCKIFY ROCKS!! SIMPLE & HAS A FREE VERSION!!

Kommentare: I am loving Clockify. I have 4 jobs and we all use clockify which makes it so simple and easy to jump from one chrome window to the next. I use it for my personal business and it saves me so much time, I used to use Excel and Paper to calculate my time. I use it with the other 3 jobs and although they use different task names and it's organized uniquely it is so simple. I recommend clockify to anyone needing time tracking, plus there is a free version that has all the features needed. Clockify saves me so much time!!

I love how easy it is to set up and to work with. I clock in and out from one task to the next with complete ease.

Nachteile:

I am very satisfied with Clockify, If I had to provide a con I would have to say, I wish there was a way to set a setting to not allow more than one tag at a time. I run into switching from one company while doing the same task description. I click on the new company and the prior company stays selected. However, this is still an easy fix. I love Clockify!

Clockify covers all my time tracking needs and then some!..

Kommentare: Overall, Clockify has been incredibly helpful to track my time, especially as I frequently move between devices. I love how I can be tracking in the browser on my computer then later stop that tracking on my phone, and vice-versa. I've used other time tracking software in the past that had similar reporting and invoicing features. Clockify provides more customization and control out of the box. Add on features are affordable if needed.

Clockify is a full-featured app that works across platforms (hardware and software) to help me track my time for every type of project I'm involved in. I can easily review my metrics, create reports, and invoice clients.

Nachteile:

The sign-in process has sometimes been a struggle when setting up Clockify on a new device or browser.

• The calendar integration and Chrome extensions are such big time-savers, and make the tracking process so simple. • Our invoicing time is down massively since switching to Clockify, and more advanced manual invoicing is a breeze. • Great team visiblity with the Dashboard • Honestly, gives me such a peace of mind

Nachteile:

• I would love it if you could make custom fields mandatory for specific types of project. At the moment, it's either all or nothing (ie. if the field is on all projects, you can make it mandatory, but if it's just for one project, it's remains optional). • Further customisability of the invoices would be great. • The ability to white label and change the logo to our brand would be epic

Useful for small business

Kommentare: I use Clockify for my small business (just me) to track my time on projects, I like being able to pull data from this month, or year, and filter by activity to help me price my services more accurately and to track certain hourly work that I provide which may go beyond my base contract amount.

Vorteile:

I appreciate that there's a free option, and for businesses that need less capabilities than a larger companies and need to save money when small, this is a helpful way to get started without incurring another cost.

Nachteile:

There are certain elements of the free version, like project templates, that seem like they could be included - it's not that hard to create the phases each time, it's just annoying and seems like a feature that could be included to help really small businesses like mine get ahead, which would entice me to use the paid product if I eventually grow and hire people. Similarly, having to manually mark time entries as billable if you forget to set it up right away seems like an odd speedbump in the free version that could be changed.
