Unbegründete Löschung von Bewertungen

Kommentare: Die Arbeitsweise des Unternehmens ist sehr undurchsichtig. Die Entfernung einer Bewertung wird 3 Tage vor der Durchführung der Entfernung per Mail angekündigt. In der Mail werden beweiskräftige Unterlagen (Mails, Dokumente) angefordert. Eine (Mail)Adresse wohin diese geschickt werden sollen wird nicht genannt, also müssen die Unterlagen über mühevolles Suchen einer Kontaktmöglichkeit (öffentliches Kontaktformular als einzige Möglichkeit) zugesandt werden. Sehr aufwendig. Leider gibt/gab es keine Reaktion auf die zugesandten Unterlagen, ausser dem Zusenden einer autom. erzeugten Mail, dass Vorgang bearbeitet wird. Die Bewertung wird dann ohne weitere Info still entfernt. FAZIT: Dieses Bewertungsportal ist wertlos, da es offensichtlich Geschäftspraktiken oder mit Unternehmen getroffene Vereinbarungen gibt, die es dem bewerteten Unternehmen ermöglicht, sein Ranking auf Trustpilot aufzuhübschen.

Nachteile:

Unternehmen entfernte unbegründet negative Bewertungen. Offensichtlich existiert eine Geschäftspraxis, die es einem negativ bewerteten Unternehmen durch Hinweis auf "unbegründete Negativbewertung" ermöglicht, die negative Bewertung löschen zu lassen, und dies trotz Zusenden der von Trustpilot angeforderten Dokumente.

Nachteile:

Wer Trustpilot vertraut ist selber schuld

gibt leider keine. ich würde mich hier niemals freiwillig anmelden.

Nachteile:

Das Profil bei Trustpilot wurde gegen meinen Willen erstellt. Auch auf DSGVO wird nicht geachtet, ich habe via Mail gebeten alle meine Daten zu löschen und habe nie eine Antwort bekommen. Dazu werden wirklich ALLE Bewertungen angenommen, sogar von Kunden die nachweislich nicht existieren. Also bekommt man hier ein haufen Fake-Bewertungen von Leuten die einem nichts gönnen, den Mitbewerbern und Co. Allgemein ist diese Plattform nur als Mecker-Plattform bekannt.

Trustpilot ist nicht seriös und offenbar von einigen Unternehmen gekauft.Ich habe dort Ryanair und das Buchungsportal KIWI com als schlecht bewertet, weil der Flug sich erheblich verteuerte, da ein online-Check In nicht möglich war, da das Verifizierungssystem 8 Mal zusammenbrach und so für 100€ pro Flug am Flughafen eingecheckt werden musste. TRUSTPILOT verweigerte die Veröffentlichung und wollte immer neue Beweisdokumente, obwohl ich die Flugunterlagen gesendet habe.Ergo Trustpilot nicht vertrauen, sind offenbar käuflich

tolles Tool zur Messung von Kundenzufriedenheit

Kommentare: Trustpilot ist ein Bewertungsportal, das allen offensteht. Es ermöglicht unseren Kunden, ihre Erfahrungen mit unseren Dienstleistungen, mit unserem Unternehmen zu teilen und zu bewerten. Es hilft uns, Feedback von unseren Kunden zu erhalten und uns zu verbessern.

Vorteile:

Ich finde Trustpilot eine gute Idee, weil es den Kunden eine Stimme gibt und die Unternehmen zu mehr Transparenz und Qualität anregt. Ich mag auch die Vielfalt der Kategorien und die Möglichkeit, verschiedene Meinungen zu lesen. Trustpilot ist eine nützliche Plattform für unser Unternehmen, um informierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.

Nachteile:

Trustpilot lässt gefälschte oder manipulierte Bewertungen zu, ohne zu verifizieren.

Leicht zu nutzen, Tool wird immer hergenommen um weitere Reviews und Infos zu bekommen über alle möglichen Dienste.

Nachteile:

Manchmal gibt es dort verwiende Bewertungen.

Trustpilot - eine gute Möglichkeit aktiv zu sein!

Kommentare: Ich schaue gerne nach anderen Rezensionen und entscheide mich dann zum Kauf, zum Besuch einer Veranstaltung usw. Von Trustpilot bin ich überzeugt

Vorteile:

Die schnelle, unkomplizierte Möglichkeit, Rezensionen abzugeben und die übersichtliche Darstellung gefallen mir sehr gut.

Nachteile:

Die Analyse für Rezensenten sollte ausgebaut werden. Wenn es ein Daumen hoch gibt, sollte es auch einen Daumen runter geben. Dann insbesondere mit Kommentar, warum die Rezension schlecht sein soll. Ein Satz reicht ja oftmals schon aus.

Außen Hui und innen Pfui

Kommentare: Man muss der Plattform lassen, dass Sie sehr einfach zu bedienen ist und auch die kostenlose Version ausreichend ist, unabhängig von den genannten Nachteilen.

Vorteile:

Auch ohne das kostenpflichtige Paket kann man problemlos Kunden zum Bewerten einladen. Die Möglichkeit zu Bewerten, wird von den Kunden gut angenommen. Es hilft die eigene Reputation zu verbessern. Ist eine der größten Plattformen für Bewertungen. Das Melden von Fakebewertungen wird geprüft und nicht wie bei anderen Plattformen einfach ignoriert.

Nachteile:

Sehr hohe Gebühren für die Grundfunktionen. "Preis muss für 1 Jahr im Voraus bezahlt werden." 109€/m Standardpaket +39€/m eigenes Logo in der Einladung +89€/m Erlaubnis die Bewertung auf der Website einbinden zu dürfen. "Um die Bewertungen auf Ihrer Webseite einzubinden und die Onsite Conversion zu steigern" +199€/m für die Api um automatisiert Einladungen zu erzeugen Von den Positiven Bewertungen werden zum Teil bis zu 50 % abgelehnt, auch wenn diese über die Geschäftskonten der Kunden abgegeben werden. z.B.: Arag, Adam Riese, Alte Leipziger, Degenia, Amex usw. Antwort vom Support, über die verifizierten Einladungen, welche über die API "199€/m" erzeugt werden, kommt dies nicht vor. Zugänge von Verifizierten Nutzern werden ohne jegliche Rückmeldung oder Hinweis gesperrt. Der Nutzer bekommt dann nur die Meldung, dass Trustpilot Probleme damit hat, den Nutzer anzumelden. Zitat: Hm, anscheinend haben wir Schwierigkeiten damit, Sie einzuloggen. Grund für die Annahme: Der technische Support hat mitgeteilt, das dieser nicht zuständig ist und das Ticket an das Content Integrity-Team weitergeleitet, die wiederum für Verstöße und ähnliches zuständig sind. Die Kommunikation des Content Integrity-Team ist quasi nicht vorhanden. Auf die letzten Anfragen vom August 2021 gab es bis heute keine Reaktion. Bietet keine DSGVO-Konforme Integration für Websites. Alle angebotenen Varianten erfordern einen Consent- bzw. Cookie-Banner.

Vorteile:

Durch die gute Marktdurchdringung des Tools,. ist die Vergleichbarkeit gegeben

Es ist schwer gegen Fakebewertungen anzukommen

Vorteile:

Ich bin der Meinung dass Pilot ist mit eines der bekanntesten und seriösesten Rezessionssoftware.

Nachteile:

Bis jetzt habe ich keine Nachteile entdeckt.

Warnung vor Trustpilot. Es werden falsche Durschnittswerte prominent in SERPs angzeigt von Google.

Kommentare: Tun Sie Ihre Firma auf keinen Fall bei Trustpilot anmelden. Denn selbst wenn Sie nur gute Bewertungen haben, wird Trustpilot Ihre Firma negativer darstellen als die Bewertungen.

Vorteile:

Wäre Trustpilot fair, wäre es ein gutes Produkt. Das Problem ist das Trustpilot falsche Durchschnittswerte anzeigt und damit ein schlechteres Bild von Firmen darstellt als die Bewertungen sind.

Nachteile:

Wenn eine Firma 6 Bewertungen hat, alles 5-Sterne Bewertungen und keine schlechtere, dann denkt man dass der Durschnittswert 5 Sterne ist. Bei Trustpilot ergibt das aber 4.2 und das wird bei Google auch so angezeigt. Das ist nicht fair und nicht korrekt.

Für das eigene Unternehmen ist der Service von trustpilot untragbar

Kommentare: Manipulativ, man will nur die volle Lizenz verkaufen, Service gibt es nicht. Man setzt Unternehmen unter Druck, in dem man negative Bewertungen zulässt um damit die Vollversion zu verkaufen.
Wenn man keine Vollversion hat, werden positive Bewertungen einfach gelöscht.

Vorteile:

Die Grundidee von Bewertungen ist ja grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Die Bedienung ist einfach und die Möglichkeiten zum Einsatz vielfältig.

Nachteile:

Wenn man Negativbewertung ohne Prüfung zulässt, aber 40 % der positiven Bewertungen ohne Angabe von Gründen löscht, ist das nicht nachvollziehbar und vor allem nicht verbraucherfreundlich. In unserem Fall bewerten uns ausschließlich Vertriebsleiter von großen Versicherungen, da wir im Vergleichsmarkt tätig sind. Es werden hier sogar Bewertungen gelöscht, die mit dem Versicherer Account erstellt wurden. Auf mehrmalige Nachfrage gibt es keine Reaktion.

Decent tool to manage all reviews about my business

Vorteile:

Trustpilot has a very user-friendly UI and UX on their main dashboard. I also really like the UI design choice, for example the stars symbol, they look really pretty

Nachteile:

The tool is not powerful in letting me filter out and know for sure whether the reviewers are authentic people or just bots.

I have received alot of trust pilots than expected and it is much easier to access these

Kommentare: Trustpilots are part of my incetive at work so I tend to make sure that my name appear on the platform and trust pilots work the same as google reviews

Disappointing Service and Misleading Practices

I approached the company with a serious concern that directly contradicted their community guidelines. Rather than receiving a thoughtful response, I was met with robotic, automated replies. These messages, which were ostensibly translated into Danish, failed to address the specific issues I raised. It's perplexing and frustrating to receive a response in a language that suggests no genuine effort to understand my initial communication. Furthermore, the company's reliance on automated responses underlines a significant gap between their professed values and actual practices. It's disheartening to see a company talk about authenticity and customer engagement, only to hide behind generic, automated messages that offer no real solutions or acknowledgments of the problem. The irony is that their replies often reference their guidelines and rules, which, from my experience, they don't seem to follow themselves. This contradiction not only undermines their credibility but also highlights a worrying lack of accountability. For a company that is part of a platform like Trustpilot, which is designed to foster transparency and honest feedback, this behavior is particularly concerning. It's essential for such platforms to represent companies that genuinely interact and engage with their customers. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience. In conclusion, I am left with a sense of profound disappointment and frustration. The service I received was far from the sincere, problem-solving approach I expected. If the company is genuinely interested in improving and upholding its standards, I urge them to reevaluate their customer interaction strategies and start practicing what they preach. Until then, I can only advise others to approach this company with caution.

Untrustworthy business practices and kartel-like methods. Your score is greatly affected by your interest in buying the products to be able to build up positive reviews.

Paid platform isn't worth it

Kommentare: Personally wouldn't recommend Trustpilot. It's a have-to-use in some cases but I wouldn't pay for it.

Vorteile:

Reliably trusted by the population as a source of genuine reviews.

Nachteile:

Very little accountable to help us prevent 1* reviews that were left by competitors or none-genuine sources. The paid plan feels like a big commitment for very little gain.

What I like best about Trustpilot is the fact that they make you go through a screening process to detour people from leaving fake reviews or trying to blackmail or bribe merchants.

Trust Pilot is an essential tool for your customers feedback management

Kommentare: I find Trust Pilot a highly reliable resource where I can read opinions about services or goods. I feel that it also creates a sense of trust that I am able to have my customers write a potential product feedback. My rating is 10/10 and I continue to use Trust Pilot in the future both professionally and personal.

Vorteile:

The fact that I am able to stay on track of my customers experience in an easy way with an easily readable grading scale. I also use Trust Pilot when I am looking for a vendor of a service or product to see what others are saying. This feels like an extra layer of purchasing security which could save me thousands of dollars in the future by making the right choices.

I have nothing negative to say about Trust Pilot.
