Support was fast to respond and helped with minor things. However, what it does is disable WP Rocket on the first page load. Far from ideal in my mind. The user interface could use some more help notes and a feature to upload your down database. That database lives in a server and plugins calls the API to return the user location, so that is an incredible feature, because the plugin updates instantly and fast. Another nice feature is that the GeotWP team think in our money\!
