The booking is very very easy. Never had issues with booking and every time got great overview of what I am booking.

> **Nachteile**: First few times when I was using KDS Neo I was struggling a bit trying to find my way around the system. However after like 3 or 4 times, when I got bit more familiar with it, it became much more intuitive and much easier to work with.
