> **Nachteile**: I found the platform very confusing to use. I come from video and media background with years of experience using Premiere and adobe CC. Slow servers that crash where work is easily lost. We also got billed for a full year automatically, even though we had abandoned the platform nearly a year previously. No option of refund.  There are other perhaps more transparent and easy to use options out there.

> **Nachteile**: What it doesnt say is that you have to pay credit for each and every step you'll do, first you pay, in advance to transcribe, pity that you cant reclaim it then it turn out to be as bad as youtube, secondly, after editing subtitles and think its just to download, no, no, yep you have to pay credits again to download just to find out then that the text doesnt behave as expected by viewing the timecodes, some just flashes and some are out of sync, just crappy
