> **Nachteile**: The online software does not allow you to make changes as needed.  As a CPA, I am well versed in payroll and understand the implications of any changes I make.  I should be allowed to make changes as needed, the sameway I can in QuickBooks Desktop.

> The support for QuickBooks Payroll is terrible.  It takes forever to get anything corrected.  I end up finding a work around or fix returns myself when needed to avoid support as much as possible.
