It’s much more flexible than Photoshop, especially for UI and UX work. Real-time collaboration is a big plus, and even the free version is more than enough for our daily work

> **Nachteile**: Sometimes it can feel a bit heavy when files get very big, and performance can slow down. Also, some advanced features are locked behind the paid plans (Only 3 free pages), but for most basic and medium projects the free version is still okay.

We only use the free version and honestly we’ve never needed to contact support, which is actually a good sign. It’s a solid tool for UX/UI design and much more practical than older tools like Photoshop.
