> **Vorteile**: Easy to use, saves time, capable of keeping all your date stored. Can be used with iPhones, tablets, laptops, can be adapted to your needs. Tracking of who, what, where and produces an end result that is able to be printed in pdf format if that is what you need. Also can be sent out to different emails for notifications. It just kept getting better as I used ECOBPM

It is and has been a challenge to learn to maneuver throughout the interface, NOT due to the support but there is always a learning curve when learning something new such as this. It is like learning a new operating system or a new cell phone. I love the cloud based feature and accessibility.

The most difficult thing to deal with is having the BPM Team customize the software to meet our needs / requirements. As we are still learning how maneuver within BPM, there will be changes needed or requested to suite our needs. The ECOBPM Team has been very supportive and understanding of our needs and timely responses with most of the requested changes.
