This is much better than just seeing that someone is online, like Hangouts, or online and on a call, like slack. The ability to see which people are meeting is very effective. Additionally, it's easy to hop into and out of a meeting. > > **Nachteile**: Programatically: We've been with Sococo for years and they keep changing the pricing. Now there is a limit to the number of voice minutes. When we ran out of minutes we were shut down and when I had my manager try to buy more minutes, they're help desk was so backed up we couldn't buy additional minutes. Bottomline: It's hard to rely on Sococo. Technically: Their tech has changed over the years. For a couple years things were getting only worse.
