I'm on the media and app management side of things, and I appreciate the ease with which I can upload and organize media within the mobile/TV/web apps. I've also had to address a couple bugs and other tech support issues, and the Subsplash support team knows their stuff and has been extremely helpful. > > **Nachteile**: Right now there's not much I can think of to put here. There are a few features I'd like to see implemented in chat groups and elsewhere (the ability to post videos and photo albums in groups, for example), but I know they're working on a long list of feature requests. > > Overwhelmingly positive. We're a small church (around 250) and so we don't use all the included features (regular check-ins for kids classes, etc.), but we've been utilizing media (no livestream at this time), apps, chat groups, the giving platform, and are moving toward using more of the church management tools as well. The majority of our congregation is using the mobile app regularly and we've gotten a lot of positive feedback. The few complaints/issues that have come up have been handled efficiently by the Subsplash support team. Yes, there is a learning curve, but that is with all things. We were able to go from three different church management platforms to one, and the value was about the same.
