From the first contact, the team was very helpful and ambitious to get the ball rolling on our app. They worked very quickly and resolved any questions or concerns I had in a professional and timely manner. At one point in the process, my emails became undeliverable to the rep I was working with. The Craver team swiftly stepped in and put me in touch with the proper people to keep the process running smoothly. We are so happy about choosing craver. Process got stuck in syncing the menu with Square - numerous back and forth with the team and no result - we were told to create a special menu for the app - while that does not work - after 4 weeks of no movement and back and forth with no solution I asked to escalate to a manager - at that point a manager from Canada called me and had the strangest conversation I ever had with a vendor - I was asked to be 'nice' to the staff or they will not work with me... needless to say that I did not accept the condition - same as she refused to confirm that they did not know what they were doing (which is what I was not 'nice' about) after 4 weeks of asking me again and again to create a menu for them that they cant sync with Square. > > Horrible - no support call number, they dont work over the weekend (so cant support you), expensive comparing to other options (ORDA) and not good integration with Square ----- ### "Craver est très utile pour la gestion des bons de commande" — 4.0/5 > **Laureine Claire** | *25.
