For example, there used to be a function thst if you put it a message that was important i.e LATEX ALLERGY, i could create an alert and it would instantly pop up as soo as inipened their file. They have eliminated that. Also, theybgot rid of being able to attach or send videos or documents in an email. My clients find the online booking system easy to use, and being able to keep track of gift cards and packages online has made things easier for me.
