SalesForce/Pardot. The support team are responsive and will answer any questions which is helpful particularly in the set up phase. We are based in Australia, so sometimes there is a time lag but it has not caused us any issues to date. > > **Nachteile**: There are a few missing features which would seem to be obvious, eg. not being able to sort on every column of data or only having the client's first name listed in some places when having both names would be more helpful or not having the ability to insert an email link into their templates.
