Kommentare: Jane has streamlined our patient note-taking tasks, as well as making our patient appointment booking system more integrated.From the very beginning, when I made first contact with Jane staff I felt that the whole team at Jane cared passionately about what they do.It is not often that you come across a company who don't just say they care about their Clients, but live & breathe their proclaimed ethos. I get the very strong impression that caring about people is who they are.From our experience, at Cornwall Podiatry, we feel the Jane Team care about us. And that care enables us to pass forward that caring attitude in our own professional interactions with our patients.Thank you.

We love the customisability of the Jane system. It is by far the most intuitive & feature-rich digital Clinical note taking up we've used. And we've trialed about ten different ones before deciding to move to Jane.It is also the easiest to use when running a busy clinic session. The templates can be custom designed for your own style of note taking, & can be customised on the fly with other templates as you need them.Each clinician can write their own treatment plans as Jane phrases which can be called up quickly with a forward slash & a 3-4 letter code. These phrases mean whole paragraphs of treatment which are regularly used can be inserted into the notes very quickly then edited for the specific patient as necessary.When duplicating a patient daily treatment chart the diagrams/body Charts etc are all duplicated ready to be edited to match that days treatment. Again making recording the patient treatment notes much more quickly than writing it all from scratch each time.Our administrative Staff loved the fact that patient Intake forms & contact data populated all the necessary fields instead of being manually transferred previously.Also the admin staff love the way Jane sends out reminders on Texts & Emails a few days prior to the patient's appointments.
Nachteile:
One feature which is missing is a seach facility within reports. Plus I'd really love more colours to work with on the body Charts & sketching.

Jane - the convenience of online booking
Kommentare: Jane makes it possible for me to book my appointments without having to communicate back and forth with a receptionist about what they have available and what time I am available for and find out when matches up. It was stress free being able to book appointments in the comfort of my own home and view what works best for me without having to inconvenience others.
Vorteile:
Jane makes it extremely convenient for me to book and manage all my appointments online.
Nachteile:
Unless you are provided with a direct link or QR code, it is tricky to find the provider you are looking for. The search engine isn't the most user friendly.
Look elsewhere for peace of mind

The calendar is good. The forms are customizable.
Nachteile:
Saved work is not backed up. Only signed work. Huge flaw when massive amounts of information is lost. The new video opening in a browser has caused problems for me and several clients.

That has an impact on your day and I can see why you’re frustrated and not wanting to recommend Jane right now. I hope that we can continue to work together to earn your trust back over time. I can see how this may feel like a flaw, but I’ll also say it’s a fine balance to meet the needs of our diverse user base; we want to make Jane’s charting so customizable yet so simple that you can create any template or note to your specific needs, but can also easily add, edit, or remove text quickly with a few keystrokes. All that said, we appreciate your feedback. Ali, our co-founder, often says that we are building Jane with our community, and that is why we value hearing your feedback so much - both the good and not-so-good. We will share this back with the rest of the team and continue to improve Jane together with you and our community to make it the best it can be.
Finally found the perfect EHR system for my solo practice.
Kommentare: Excellent all around. I went through a few competitive EHR systems prior to using Jane and Jane excelled at all the common features and offered many more features that made my solo practice run super smooth. Patients always complimented the interface with the reminders, receipts, scheduling, etc. Never experienced any glitches.

Everything! It's a well thought out software, with an excellent user interface for both practitioner and patients.
Nachteile:
Getting set up seemed complicated and the process took some time. Once done however it was time well worth investing since once I was up and running, never had any issues and everything ran smooth.

Kommentare: I can either find what I need assistance with through chat or the Need Help button. If that doesn't work, I use the email option. I've gotten a response within 24 hours or less.

Fantastic Software for Practitoners!
Kommentare: Jane is the most user friendly software I have ever encountered. It is easeful, supportive and so highly integrated to what individual practitioners and clinics need. The team at Jane is always working above and beyond to make changes and work with those who use their software to improve, fix and grow the software in ways that actually work.
Vorteile:
Jane software is easy to use, fully integrated with Google search for any questions I have and of course, the staff at Jane are incredibly helpful and quick to respond and offer support. They take ideas and suggestions of their customers and make changes that best support the people using their software.
Nachteile:
The only area of Jane I think could be done differently or improved upon is the ability to edit or remove insurers, as insurance companies change names and close out and it would be nice to change those names and delete the toggle for inactive insurance companies.

Amazing product, incredible customer service
Kommentare: The customer service is phenomenal: shout out to [sensitive content hidden] who just helped me with my subscription. I really appreciate all the tools/training aids in the Help section. I am super impressed with the customer service - you guys are often available when I need you and if not by phone then you'll reply fairly promptly by email. I appreciate that you guys are always striving to make a difference - every call and email asks for feedback. I am so happy to have Jane as part of my team to manage my practice. You guys rock and I tell everyone about your great service!
Vorteile:
The user interface is easy on the eyes, clean formatting, great color schemes. The system is fairly easy to use with an abundance of text/video aids in the Help section. There's a demo option so you can practice and train on the system without it affecting real patient files/appointments. You guys are always adding new features that benefit practice management - eg, the Claim.MD insurance billing integration and innovate new tools to help practitioners such as the upcoming AI charting in beta. The customer service is phenomenal - I am so happy that I joined back in 2017-2018. Things continue to improve with this company.
Nachteile:
I have only positive things to say about Jane and the customer service support.

The customer service. They are all so knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. Especially [sensitive content hidden]!
Nachteile:
1) When I click on "Great" to the question "How would you rate my reply?" nothing happens, that button doesn't work. 2) I just lost a staff member (and all her clients attached to her) because she was not able to create her own treatments and classes without full access. This would be great for staff to have full control for treatments and classes for their clients. If I change her status from practitioner limited it compromises the confidentiality of other client files that do not belong to them.
Highly recommend this for health providers

The Jane team is super responsive to user requests; you can make Jane what you want it to be!
Nachteile:
There is so much functionality that there was a bit of a learning curve to get to know it all, however a quick web search usually reveals the answers I need.

Kommentare: I love the scheduling in the charting. This is why I switched to Jane. The problem is is that the bookkeeping and financials are absolutely critical To the success of any business. This is Jane’s weakest area.
Vorteile:
Charting templates and scheduling are the best features.
Nachteile:
Financial reports and bookkeeping it’s a nightmare. I wish there was no unapplied and reapplied payments shown in the reporting. I wish making changes to payments did not result in erroneous transaction lines like “5/15 $15.00 payment, 5/15 -$15.00 payment, 5/15 $15.00 payment. Sometimes the software settings is confusing- it asks me to set commission rates for an apt type then asks me to set commission settings per practitioner which resulted in me underpaying my staff for a whole year until we audited everything. It was a nightmare. Also if one of my front desk receptionists accidentally selected a practitioner when selling a package it overpaid my staff. Another auditing nightmare to figure out correct commissions resulting in back pay to my employees, even one of them quit over this issue! In the audit I even found the software paying a staff member $25 commission on a “1st late cancellation” which we do not charge the customer for. Generally, Jane’s customer service is great but all they told me about this issue is “that is not Jane’s intended behavior, we don’t know why it did that, we are working to figure it out.” After not hearing back from them for a long time, I sent them another message asking if they had figured it out and received the same reply. I am forced to audit every commission report now every month so if you are somebody who pays commission based practitioners a warningabout commission distributions. Always double check the software cannot be trusted in the financial area.

Charting limitation.
Kommentare: Positive. Usually did not have to wait very long on the phone. Support is usually very pro active and gets back to you within 24 hours.

Great customer service, willingness to assist and brainstorm a solution.
Nachteile:
We are a medical cosmetic clinic. Charting of injectables treatments are crucial. This is lacking on Jane's template library. Your template choice should keep up with the industry's innovation of treatment so that we can easily choose the template for laser treatments, radio frequency, microneedling, chemical peel, etc.

Great Experience with Jane so far!

I love that I can get help if needed through email or over the phone and that I am always talking with a live person, not a recording. I love that I can literally take care of my billing, my scheduling, my payments, and my notes/charting all in one place!
Nachteile:
I don't have any complaints yet, I just wish that I better understood the insurance side of things but I honestly think once I start sending claims through it will became really easy for me, I just need practice.

Fantastic product and fantastic team!
Kommentare: Still fresh and getting things set up but the customer service/support team has been so wonderful at answering questions and helping me with areas I am unfamiliar with. The features of Jane that I have learned about so far are exciting in the way that it will make many aspects of my job so much easier. Definitely wish we took this step sooner.

The platform works very well, accommodates most of our needs, and is straightforward. MOST importantly, the help/service is TERRIFIC. Always get a response quickly and those who reply know what they're doing. And they go out of their way to be helpful.

It doesn't easily accommodate taking retainers on an account.

Nothing that I can think of for us—everything worked well. My only suggestion would be to provide more opportunities for clinician meetings within Jane for virtual clinics.

Kommentare: Overall, the experience has been nothing short of outstanding. All of the practice needs are seamlessly integrated and the product have been a huge timesaver. Jane is leading the way in making practice management streamlined and user friendly.
Vorteile:
Jane is easy to use, and there is a wealth of tutorials to help you learn the ins and outs of the system. For the most part, billing is a breeze and we can easily access patient files. The teleconferencing system makes interfacing with patients vert convenient. We are still learning all of the capabilities of the very versatile system. This is perfect for our small practice, but would also work for a larger one. The support team is outstanding and is always very positive, upbeat and ready to help. They are also very patient in helping clients learn the system and provide answers very quickly
Nachteile:
The only thing I would change is to make it easier to send an invoice. It took a while to find the button to send invoices. It would help if that had a more prominent place. We are still working on creating the partient intake forms.

Easy for charting and patient documentation.
Kommentare: I am very happy to use Jane software as my overall experience, it is super fast, easy, and efficient to use for my patient notes at the end of the day.

I like using Jane software to track my client's appointments and to complete my documentation at the end of the day for my patients.

There is nothing currently. I am happy to use this software for my charting work.

Kommentare: My overall experience with Janeapp is a very positive one, and opening another business I would certainly use Janeapp if the software applied to the circumstances, environment, and situations that were needed.
Vorteile:
I love the user friendliness of Jane as a patient, and then also as a staff. As a new staff, I was somewhat accustomed to using Jane from a patient’s perspective, but it was almost seamless with out any major problems moving into the staff position because everything was that much more clear. A quick Google search with Jane app 9/10 times quickly brought me the answer that I needed working in a fast paced environment
Nachteile:
Some of the Jane customer service support fell short. Recently August-October 2023 some of the customer service agents were clearly not aware of their Jane product and did not want to say I don’t know let me find out for you. They just repeated what I said and then basically said “this is all I can do” …we’re closing this issue “ … majority of the time Jane quickly and professionally delivered a friendly and positive resolution to the issue; thankfully, the overall experience with Jane has been 80-90% positive.

Kommentare: When I have had questions, usually I can find the answer quickly on their search tool. When I haven't been able to find an answer, a simple call to customer service has done the trick. I always get someone on the phone immediately and they are incredibly helpful
Vorteile:
-Set up was surprisingly easy given all of the different features. I need to explore them more, but my fault for not making time. -Customer and tech support is amazing. -Finding a template that fit my practice, using the template library, made developing my own forms much easier than if I had to design them from scratch.
Nachteile:
I would have liked to set up appointments on the 1/4 hour for 1 hour long treatment, but I have been able to work around that.
