> **Nachteile**: I cannot see at a glance the patient leger, makes it hard to figure out their balance. Co-Insurance balances are nearly impossible to determine.

> **Nachteile**: As our practice grew, it wasn’t able to grow with us. We ran into issues with keeping track of patients packages and getting them scheduled for re-exams on time. The tracking was the most difficult part.

> Overall, we liked the software and I think it would function well for a small or low volume practice of almost any sort
