It's important to have payment in one single place, and refunds are fairly easy to process. I LOVE the on-site printing of badges. I enjoy that there is a space to create an exhibitor floor plan and have exhibitors choose their own booths. As mentioned before, the fact that emails can be automated (as soon as someone checks into the conference, they receive a welcome email).
