It is easy to use, good design, background check and identity very good.

Background academy, when uploading the diploma does not read the dates well, this is a problem since the months of the diplomas in Spain do not appear.

Kommentare: Overall experience has been great as everything has gone rather quickly after submitting the details.

Vorteile:

I enjoyed that it was easy to submit all the required information for backgroud checks.Additionally the customer support works in case there are any questions or problems.

Nachteile:

I wanted to know what details I had submitted and would love to see all the fields submitted even if I can not edit them. This caused me to go to customer support to verify I had submitted the right information instead of just being able to see it myself.

Overall very impressed with Zinc

Kommentare: Very positive - easy to set up, good integration with our ATS, no complaints so far.

Vorteile:

Background checks are a really important part of our onboarding process due to the sensitive work some of our people do. Zinc has made the whole process much simpler and quicker. I really like how easy it is to contact Zinc for support, the chat feature is brilliant and even via email I've been very happy with the quick and thourough responses I've had. Where some other providers we have have changed things for the worse and response times and quality of information has got worse, I'm always impressed with Zinc in this regard.

Nachteile:

Some of the international checks have been a bit confusing in terms of what's checked and the process but Zinc have always explained and provided more information when asked. We run background check renewals every three years for some of our people, and it would be good if there was a feature to set this up automatically somehow within the system.

Kommentare: Overall, Zinc has helped our compliance and also saved us a lot of time in chasing for references for candidates. [sensitive content hidden] our account manager is very hands on and helpful.

Vorteile:

Zinc's customer support is always helpful and efficient and have access to the knowledge and skills to resolve my question from their chat feature. The results provided from the checks are clear and easy to understand

Nachteile:

Sometimes there are checks pending and it's not always clear if an action is needed on my side as admin or on the side of the candidate. To resolve this, a quick chat with the support team clarifies this and sends a nudge to whoever it is pending for.It would be good for this to be clear on the check page.The tool used to be very notification heavy, but I know this has now been fixed

It was very fast and easy to go through, and even though I got stuck with sharing my work code, customer service its been efficient and very supportive on the matter.

Nachteile:

I haven't got anything negative to say. I've inly used these couple of days for my new job and it's been a positive experience.

Reference emails sent are blocked by the firewall. Need to clear the security checks

Great replacement for a lacklustre rival background-checker with immediate QoL improvements.

Not yet encountered noteworthy issues. Perhaps the option to view/hide detailed information on cases, rather than option minimise/maximise entire review section?

You could switch to using your phone midway filling in your details and they reply to your email very fast

Nachteile:

You can't upload additional documents. There should be a session for this on the dashboard as well
