And even the moment we started the product was not ready. We had to ask many things to the support desk. So after that, I received a message from Otys, not to disturb the support team anymore. We had a lot of downtime and with 15 users, this is not fine. No compensation or even a sorry\! We had many problems with the printcv, severall time the format had changes. It makes you crazy.
