The “forgot my password” function NEVER WORKS either, so it ends up locking me out and then I need to email you and wait at least 24 hours for it to be resolved. This happens LITERALLY EVERY TIME. This is the very worst payment site I have ever used. As you can see from this chain, this happens ALL the time. The number 1 greatest thing about Lumanu is having access to run media through the influencer's FB/IG pages and access to their first party data to target and create lookalikes off of.
