A Decent Employee Portal With Room To Grow
Vorteile:
ADP is a giant hub of employee information—tailored to your individual business. I like pulling up my employee records, checking pay stubs, or changing tax information either on my work browser or my cellphone. ADP offers some pretty neat benefits and discounts to ticketed services or entertainment including Disney, Universal, cell phone providers, tax programs, etc. Signing up for benefits one year makes it easier for following years as your elections remain saved for easy review.
Nachteile:
The portal is rather bland and it can take a while to peruse the menus and find what you're looking for. It also can feel weird to use an online HR option versus having internal HR employees.

ADP Totalsource review
Kommentare: We have been with ADP Totalsource for about 6 years and I we always had a great experience and relationship. We benefit from their expertise especially given our HR dept is quite small.
Vorteile:
The fact that we have a one-on-one contact for HR and payroll and the my life advisors who can help when our direct partners are not available.
Nachteile:
sometimes timing to get responses is too long
R&V ADP Review
Kommentare: Overall, underwhelming. The costs have been exorbitant. The onboarding processes was a mess. Reports should have been proactively set up for interfaces and the turnaround time to correct was unreasonably long. The second year our renewal went up 18%. The saving grace was the HR and payroll rep and their assistance through the process.
Vorteile:
I liked consolidating all of the employee information on one platform. The mobile app is great for employees. The clock in and out options are great. Our reps, when available, are fantastic.
Nachteile:
The cost. The unavailability of reps. The learning module is terrible. Reporting module is not user friendly. The leave management process is also not good.

ADP TotalSource Rocks
Kommentare: I have used ADPTS with 3 different companies. I will not switch to another PEO/HRIS system.
Vorteile:
I love the ease of ADP TotalSource, the confidence I have that I will always be informed of new laws and regulations, and the reporting capabilities. It is an all-in-one product that takes a lot of the hard work off my shoulders.
Nachteile:
ADPTS is slowly making changes to its featured based on customer feedback. I wish their calendar capabilities were able to sync with google/outlook, but I am sure it is something they are working on.

Kommentare: Great Best thing every for small business owners Give them someone to help with important issues.
Vorteile:
Great support staff to help with any questions or problems that arise.
Nachteile:
New hire employee enrollment for benefits. Seems like new employees always have issue logging in and getting signed up in a time frame.
USP review
Kommentare: mostly good but on expensive side for services.
Vorteile:
provide all services you need. Nice folks to work with.
Nachteile:
too bureaucratic, sometimes hard to solve issues because pass from one division to another.
ADP review CD 10-24-24
Kommentare: Overall it has been a good platform, ease of use and extremely helpful with empoyee taxes and payments.
Vorteile:
Whenever I deal with my HR Business Partner, she has been able to walk with me through the problem I am facing and have been able to clearly explain how to resolve it. When reaching out my HR Business Partner, [sensitive content hidden] she is quick to respond, easy to understand and patient with my learning.
Nachteile:
Sometimes I've waited 2 weeks for the Tax department to respond to a Case I opened. 1 has never been responded to. [sensitive content hidden] has been extremely difficult to reach and rarely is helpful with the explanations.

I wish the reporting was easier to get the exact information you need. I always have to call the MyLife Advisors.

ADP for the win
Kommentare: It has been good overall. I appreciate how much effort has been put into how the dashboard has been setup.
Vorteile:
The dashboard, I like how it has a lot of info right there with no need to search for it.
Nachteile:
sometimes things are hard to find, like recently I needed to find our company's EMR and that was not available. I had to create a support ticket to get that info. The response to that ticket was prompt.
Solid platform
Kommentare: Overall a positive experience - most of the issues that I’ve experienced have or are getting fixed.
Vorteile:
Your support when calling in is good. They are always able to assist.
Nachteile:
EVerify photo matching was a big issue but i think its been fixed. I think ADP should offer mailing checks to employee homes if there is an issue with their banking.
Costly but Worth It
Kommentare: This company is the first company I've worked at that used ADP as its PEO. The fact that everything I could possibly need for payroll, HR, and compliance is available to me through ADP makes up for the cost. But the fact that ADP takes care of the majority of the annual/semi-annual/quarterly reporting as well as benefits makes the cost definitely worth it. I hope I never have to work without a PEO again! And as ADP is the largest (that I'm aware of), I hope my relationship with them continues!
Vorteile:
I like that ADP is a one-stop shop, as far as payroll and HR are concerned, and they take care of a LOT of the reporting for our company, which is great for those of us who are constantly racing just to keep up with work on a daily basis.
Nachteile:
The cost is high and there appears to be a lot of turnover at ADP.

ADP Totalsource
Vorteile:
Takes a lot of tasks around HR and payroll and consolidates into central location. Great for managing e-documents for EEs, has lots of self service options for EEs to help cut down on having a person to answer questions. Great for keeping track of all the important payroll and HR functions.
Nachteile:
Customer support can be challenging sometimes. We used to have a support person that was great but he got moved and his replacement hasn't been as responsive. I do find that calling in to general support is usually pretty good though. The reporting can be a little cumbersome.
Benefits Costs - little buying power
Kommentare: overall, fairly good. gets the job done.

Payroll processing, direct deposits, tax calculations
Nachteile:
website is a little cumbersome to use. know how to do all the things it can do. my big problem with ADP TotalSource is our health benefits. ADP represents 200,000 small businesses, 4.5 million employees? and there isn't good buying power regarding offering health insurance? limited choices, rates going up 23% in a year, several yrs in a row? with all those employees, we should get much better 'group' rates. Not subject to the cost increase of a 10 employee office that 1 employee had serious medical issues in the prior year. I expected better health insurance costs/offerings.

Great Service
Kommentare: Overall we have had a great experience ADP Totalsource giving our employees a higher level of service and benefits that we previously did not have.
Vorteile:
ADP has been a great service for us with a number of solutions to help us stay focused on our work.
Nachteile:
The cost is what I like least but appreciate the value and the service recieved.

User Friendly HR/Payroll Application
Kommentare: I have thoroughly enjoyed using ADP. All Staff/Reps I have interacted with have been great. Always ready to help and always have an answer or know where to go to get the information.
Vorteile:
I enjoy the ease of using ADP. Whether it is setting up employees or completing payroll. Any issues or instances that are out of the norm are easily remedied by calling Customer service or reaching out to your Reps.
Nachteile:
Sometimes reports or information is difficult to find. Navigating the portal can be a hassle sometimes. Especially when you just want to be able to find yourself real quick, but just calling in to Customer Service remedies that. A rep can always navigate you. I do not like that there are muliple portals to have to log into.
Need a Good PEO
Kommentare: From the beginning I have had very good representatives to help in all areas.
Vorteile:
ADP Total Source fills your many needs in a PEO from payroll and affordable Health Benefits to all of your Human Resource needs.
Nachteile:
I think if you compare administrative fees, ADP TS is higher than most.

Kommentare: Overall, experience has been excellent. Definitely has removed any payroll tax issues that could arise.
Vorteile:
The best part about having ADP handle your payroll you have the confidence that they know the latest tax laws, and they own the responsibility for taxes all being paid on time and getting posted to the correct accounts
Nachteile:
We have used ADP over 15 years I would say the only con we have had is if our representative has changed sometimes it takes a little bit of time to catch them up to speed on what we need from them

Professional service. all points are covered. Would not consider not using ADP TS.
Nachteile:
Can sometimes be too bureaucratic, but ADP TS is quite thorough.

Kommentare: Overall it's been a positive experience. I appreciate the time savings and reminders that are sent regarding upcoming events/due dates and new applicable laws, etc.
Vorteile:
I like that our health insurance and worker's comp insurance is all in one place. Which allows us to offer a better health insurance plan for staff.
Nachteile:
I find reports hard to navigate and I don't find HR resources as easily accessible as they were when we had the lower tier version of ADP.

Vorteile:
Their customer service to their vendors is impeccable. Ease of use. All around great features / services.
Nachteile:
I can not think of anything that I do not like.
Good but service is declining.
Kommentare: I like ADP. However, they need to determine a way to improve their current operations. Hire more staff and keep costs down.
Vorteile:
All-in-one services for HR needs. We are a small business and needed a partner to cover these services for us. ADP offered a comprehensive, full-service platform and team.
Nachteile:
Service is declining. We have been with ADP for over a decade, and I have seen a real shift in the level of service provided. This includes response times, level of service, ADP morale (within their own teams), etc. Their reps are all helpful, but they appear to be over-tasked. This has become more and more evident in the last 3-4 years.
Never disappoints
Kommentare: I have been using ADP for 25 years and never had a major issue that couldn't be fixed. I always recommend ADP

The options are endless and I always have a great HR Partner who goes above and beyond for me to help me in every situation
Nachteile:
Sometime the system doesn't always make it easy and I don't have full control to make back end changes
ADP is a great way to manage our business
Kommentare: ADP has been very supportive and transparent, when we need their assistance they are here to help. The new system update works very good and I am now more familiarized with ADP services.
Vorteile:
ADP offers a variety of products that fits our needs. The employees are always very courteous.
Nachteile:
There is always some sort of fee to use different areas of the system. Which I understand as being part of their business model.

ADP TotalSource strengths
Kommentare: Good overall, especially in terms of payroll and compliance.
Vorteile:
ADP TotalSource is especially good at payroll, there is a reason more companies use ADP than any other system. Also, the PEO services really help me stay compliant in a multi-state environment as a HR department of one.
Nachteile:
Lack of negotiating flexibility with health insurance renewals.
