To close out the matter, their Senior Complaints Management team refused to provide standard corporate identifiers or full names for transparency, explicitly cited Section 5 of their Terms of Service to deflect accountability for hosting unauthorized content, and directed all future correspondence to their agent for service of process (CT Corporation).
