Seamless integration with more data sources makes Google Data Studio my favorite reporting software. It is easy to use and has a nice user interface being very intuitive.

Nachteile:

No cons for Google Data Studio, is free and has a tons of features.

My Experience With Google Data Studio

Google Data Studio is easy to set up and serves a great purpose

Kommentare: I have had a good experience - enough that I haven't had to consider alternative products for the functionality I get from GDS.

Vorteile:

I liked how easy it was to quickly sync with our database and start creating reports and dashboards. It was also free!

Nachteile:

It took me a little bit of time to figure out how to work with my data and build the charts I wanted to. Perhaps it could be slightly more intuitive, but it's not bad.

Good reporting solution if you use the G-Suite

Vorteile:

The capabilities that it offers, and the different source of connections that allows you to create different types of reports.

Nachteile:

It has some limitations in comparison to other tools such as Power BI but due to the cost is not bad.

Not always spot on, but free and easy in use

Not all datasets are possible to view/combine, and the data is not walways refreshed automatically

Reports, Analytics, and Data FOR DAYS

Kommentare: We wouldn't have grown as fast as we did without the look behind the scenes at our data without Data Studio

Vorteile:

The ability to manipulate the multitude of data provided and present it to clients, customers, staff, and executives is unmatched. The reporting and analytical fields that are covered are second to none and we wouldn't survive as a business without Data Studio.

Nachteile:

Getting new users set up takes longer than anticipated as well as once we've created our custom dashboards and custom reports, but that's all semantics at this rate.

The best and easy Dashboard tool.

Kommentare: I love working with Google Data Studio because it's very use to use and don't need to have coding skills to start using int.

Vorteile:

I love how easy is to learn to use this platform. From the very beggining you can set up your dash and start analyzing metrics without any coding skills.

Nachteile:

The Visual Design Capabilities. Sometimes there are projects that need special fonts to create the dash.

I think the least thing I like about Google Data Studio is that it is quite complicated until you get used to it. It take a while to understand what you can actually do and make it tailored to you.

The customizations and settings can seem a little overwhelming."Reporting is more laborious and time-consuming than it should be because it can be difficult to establish up connections to refresh data sources and import data often.The unfavourable aspect of Data Studio is how frequently I have to stop working to address the software crashes.There are a few things that are lacking, and there are a few glitches here and there.

Analytics...just got better

Kommentare: It's one of the most important tool we use on a daily / weekly basis in order to monitor our KPIs.

Vorteile:

I guess its layout: very intuitive and optimized to help the user find all the insights he/she needs.It allows marketers to organize dahsboard easily and monitor all KPIs in a very efficient way.

Nachteile:

The fact that we needed to rely on an external partner for the initial set-up, and it wasn't something we were able to do on our own.We provided all the business requirements, of course, but we had to wait for its deployment.

Fulfills the purpose

Vorteile:

I see that it is a tool that fulfills what it proposes to do, it allows very easy integrations, it is easy to manage and organize data, it allows the visualization of dashboards and the management of sharing is easy.

Nachteile:

In terms of building dashboards, it could have more features that would allow customizing dashboards for a more visual build. I feel that there are still few resources for this front.

My Google map genuine review

Kommentare: I'm more comfortable with Google map. This helps me in tough situations when I don't know the direction to go.

Vorteile:

Google gives me the exact information what I'm looking for. This helpls me a lot.

Nothing bad in Google map I felt until now.

i feel the multiple data sources can be even more improved. also the search filters need to be made more effective and precise.

Vorteile:

Datastudio is an incredibly powerful data analytics tool. It's so much more than just a tool for Google Analytics dashboards: it allows you to quickly create stunning visualizations, set up automated reports and monitor key performance indicators in real-time when connected with simple data sources as google sheets. If I need to analyze complex datasets and share meaningful insights quickly, I use it.

Nachteile:

When it comes to create particular data cards, it is handy to use pre-calculated values. Wich can be tricky!

If you already have Google Workspace the go to BI tool

Kommentare: If you have the data already transformed and edited in a way so you can prepare your presentations its the go to tool. However, if you need to modify the incoming data, it's not the best tool.

Vorteile:

It's available free for use with Google Workspace and it gives you all the important charts and implementations you could think of and know from other BI tools like power bi. It integrates well with literally any other software that has an API or dedicated connector (hundreds available).

Nachteile:

The biggest disadvantage is really the data preparation, sometimes it is not possible to have the data come in in the way you would like to present it, however in DataStudio it's crucial to have the data sources provide you the data in the format you require for the report. Editing data and transforming data is only possible to a certain point, other tools like PowerBI do a much better job in that way.

Google Data Studio is great BI Tool only if you're looking for Free

Kommentare: If you're main motive of this tool is to create Dashboards and visualize the data and don't want to spend anything extra with few marketing channels then this is a Good fit for you as it does everything but like Every Free tools has it own limitation and the One Limitation is that you are bound to make purchase of the connector if you want to capture the data from Marketing Channels other than Google.

Vorteile:

- Easy to use along with Live Updates of the Metrics from multiple marketing channels which makes the only BI tool to do so. There are other Paid Tools available but they don't provide live updates in metrics. - Their Easy to Add Custom Calculated Dimensions & Metrics with easy formulas make it easier to work on for a Newbie

Nachteile:

- Their UI/UX is not that responsive and users faces issues when using Data Studio which sometime leads to unwanted changes in the Reporting. - Free Connectors are only available for Google Products only and if you want to use or capture other channel data you need to make purchase of the Connectors. - You can only make One Sided relationships between multiple data sets which is a major disadvantage.
