Ironically, I was informed by Update247 that double bookings could still occur as these platforms do not update in real time with eachother so I engaged Update247 only to end up with multiple double-bookings\! It was also time-consuming to cancel their services and when it eventuated, they left all my properties blocked for 2 plus years on the respective websites. I rang and asked Jack from Update 247 to unblock them and he only asked me if I wanted to resubscribe. I spoke with booking.com, Airbnb \& Stayz and the only way is to unblock them manually myself on each platform. It was a hassle, but glad I did it as each platform assured me that double-bookings were very rare once all platforms were linked via their own channel manager links which are the same links as what Update247 use. ----- ### "Excellent platform" — 5.0/5 > **Geof** | *20.
