> **Nachteile**: The UI and the UX overall is very confusing and even with clear information, it's hard to understand due to lack of contrast in the design. Also, the application process is aggressive: tried to check the information required to apply for a job position and when clicked the "Apply for this job" button, the application was automatically submitted without further notice. I didn't even submit my resume neither other relevant information. That was a bad and confusing experience.
