If you also use Cascade HR system the transfer from Networx into Cascade is also a brilliant tool as it has simplified and streamlined the process. It’s great that the candidates can also take control of their own accounts and if they decide to apply for multiple vacancies, it’s a quick and easy process for them to re-apply once a candidate account has been set up. We have also received a good customer experience each time we have used a credit for our high profile job roles. Our contact is always very helpful both on the telephone and very responsive via email. > > **Nachteile**: It could be a little easier to make contact with Networx should the candidates or HR experience a technical difficulty.
