Scaled up an outbound operation, one subaccount got flagged — fine, I get it, fraud systems exist for a reason. Responded to their team same day, explained everything, they acknowledged it and asked follow-up questions. Normal process. While that ticket was still open they cancelled everything. Every number. Every client line. Weekend. No email. No warning. Gone.&#10;&#10;I've dealt with a lot of carriers over the years. This is the first time one has pulled the rug mid-conversation while I was actively cooperating with them. FCC complaint filed. Learn from my mistake.
