> **Vorteile**: Icon Elecosoft allowed us to have a much simpler approach to controlling and updating hotel build data. Rather than annual or twice yearly reviews of PDF documents, we can update within days - hours if an urgent need arises.

> **Nachteile**: No major issues but if a problem arises the help desk do help - either resolving the issue or putting us in contact with someone who can quickly resolve the issue

> Ensuring the right information is with a varied group of stakeholders as they need it. one big benefit is in not having to take out additional licenses as teams grow due to the fixed fee approach.
