And the best part is the export options. I can create PDFs, export quick HTML pages and markup I can throw into static docs sites, and it even has a direct Confluence integration that lets me add KB articles and ticket documentation in moments...so now my company is actually growing its internal processes knowledge base instead of just fixing tickets and having to figure things out again and again. It gives you the ability to customize your guides to a high degree: custom options for each step, customizable content sections that markup and code, the content editor even includes an AI-writer to generate content on the fly, and even more that I haven’t even managed to find yet. > > **Nachteile**: Compared with other software, it’s hard to think of a single thing...
