I especially lament that my volunteers are now indicated as "pending" until I manually approve them individually. Since I am not at my desk 24/7, this has had a negative impact on our volunteer relationship. At this time, our board cannot justify the upgraded version's cost and I fear that we will have to look for another free option if the capabilities continue to become more time consuming, confusing, and off-putting for our staff \& volunteers. > > Point revolutionized our volunteer relationship when we signed up last year.
