"Great tool to understand your database completely and troubleshoot any issues"
Kommentare:
1. great tool for developers to look at database usage, query volume, missing indexes etc.
2. DBA's can understand their databases better with VC, something happened in the middle of the might, you come back in the morning looking for the answers and VC almost all the times has an answer to why it happened.
3. you can compare database/query usage pre and post deployment.
4. last but not the least, they have an awesome support team!!!

"The Software is getting better with a lot of updates and improvement ."
Kommentare: Pros- More user Friendly than before, and captures more information. Comment- Change is dynamic, as a software , i believe things should keep improving and i believe there's a lot of room for that, and the software will definitely get there.

Vividcortex is a great tool that provides a lot of nice and useful information. Many of my customers are using it and enjoy it. It help me (as dba consultant) to point the problem much quickly.
There is also a great feature that display warnings (stalls) that neither the application of the customer sees already but that can indicate a future problem.
Just a word, about the customer service: it's great and Vivid is listening to the requests you make to improve it even more.
