Kommentare: Overall, I would say that the idea is good but the processes should be followed better. I think that Keynest itself offers good service (customer service team) but the partners (store managers) are not as professional as Keynest staff.
Vorteile:
We appreciate the option to suggest a new store (or store address) to Keynest since we have a 300 homes portfolio across London in constant change. Moreover, the customer service team is very responsive and resolutive.
Nachteile:
I know the fact (I have seen it with my own eyes) that store managers NOT ALWAYS scan the keys as soon as they receive it. They leave it on the countertop and keep attending other clients putting at-risk the home safety. Moreover, it is pretty common that they don't have their Keynest phone operative (most of the time they have it without the battery charged) creating a delay in the whole operations process. Lastly, occasionally the stores don't honour their opening hours (mostly during weekends) creating a huge delay in the operations process
Revolutionised our key system!
Kommentare: We have been using Keynest for the last year and it has revolutionised our key system, it’s a relatively easy and self-explanatory system that allows us to keep tabs on all keys without relying on conducting a regular paper audit. By all staff using the app they can very quickly allocate the correct keys.

The address fields should be mandatory.
