Kommentare: Ich werde weiterhin mit der Plattform arbeiten, bin jedoch nicht zu 100% überzeugt, wegen der meines Erachtens nach geringen Nutzerfreundlichkeit.

Vorteile:

Meta Business ermöglicht das Erstellen und Veröffentlichen von Beiträgen und Werbeanzeigen, Analysetools, das vorzeitigr Planen von Content, das Beantworten von Messenger-Nachrichten, u.s.w. über eine einzelne Plattform. Werbeanzeigen können neben Facebook auch auf anderen Kanälen wie Instagram veröffentlicht werden, was sehr praktisch ist. Einstellungen können sehr detailliert und personalisiert vorgenommen werden. Mit Meta kann eine sehr hohe Reichweite erzielt werden.

Nachteile:

Ich persönlich empfinde die Plattform als sehr unübersichtlich und kompliziert aufgebaut. Die Anwendung ist keineswegs selbsterklärend, insbesondere beim Erstellen von kostenpflichtigen Werbekampagnen und -anzeigen. Zum Erstellen und Planen von einfachen Beiträgen passt es, die Aufsetzung von Werbekampagnen/-anzeigen empfinde ich als sehr mühselig. Auch treten sehr häufig metainterne Begrifflichkeiten auf, so dass man sich nicht selten erstmal erkundigen muss, was mit bestimmten Begriffen (bei Einstellungen, die man vornehmen möchte) überhaupt gemeint ist.

A powerful, yet complicated, advertising tool

Kommentare: We are an advertising agency and we are using Meta for Business on a daily basis for a number of our clients. The wealth of tools & options that it provides can be powerful when used correctly. However, the complexity of the tool and the endless metrics can misguide both users and end clients, when it comes to reviewing results & deciding on upcoming campaign optimisations.

Vorteile:

The platform is always updated & renewed with new functionalities to help advertisers target their audiences.

Nachteile:

The fact that the platform is always updated, it makes it less user friendly, especially for people who are not using it on a daily basis. Also, the platform is trying to automate everything through AI hence users need to be really experienced in order to make the most out of the platform.

Facebook ads are no longer a slam-dunk

Kommentare: Meta is hit and miss now. You might have a good outcome with a campaign, or you might get lost and your message is only seen by bots and trolls, and you end up with a mailbox full of porn ads. It's embarrassing as a business to have to click on and delete these messages. The worst part, there is no way to avoid it. It's so obvious that they don't care anymore and are only in it for the money.

Vorteile:

I do have one "pro": I like that we can post to Facebook without leaving Instagram, which is at least a little more tolerable than Facebook.

Nachteile:

There is no actual customer support. The spam and straight up PORNOGRAPHY they allow in Direct Messaging makes it extremely unpleasant to wade through the fake messages to hopefully find a real customer.

Kommentare: My overall experience is i've been using the platform over the last 10-12 years running ads for various events, concerts, brands or talent.

Vorteile:

Running ads via multiple placements using one platform to control ad delivery.

Nachteile:

You cant control frequency within the platform and even when you create rules they are not as effective as you'd like them to be.

Kommentare: It’s rather easy to place advertising on meta but the value is low. There is tons of snap and fake accounts posting as meta that are trying to scam and it seems meta really isn’t monitoring it. However it hard to tell and there is no real support or customer care. It’s just pay us and your ad will run no value added no support no real interaction at all it’s a rather cold and untrustworthy interaction, especially in a doing business with scenario.

Kommentare: Good, it is easy to use for day to day functions and the app is handy!

Vorteile:

It is relatively easy to use, share between colleagues and monitor performance of posts. Combines instagram and facebook management for efficiency.

Nachteile:

Some of the settings are harder to find or require visiting facebook directly to acess. The cost vs return on paid advertising has dropped over the past ten years.

Meta for Business is NECESSARY for Business

Vorteile:

Every business needs Meta for Business. Being able to schedule content, having your content calendar, viewing analytics, real-time chat and automated chat, and having both Facebook and Instagram is crucial. It's very easy to use, and it often has valuable recommendations, including active times for posting. It's perfect for marketers who work with multiple accounts because you can be an admin of an unlimited amount of accounts. It's free, and paid advertising is low-cost. The analytics alone would be worth paying (but you don't have to!). There are so many great features and functions - I could keep writing for hours.

Nachteile:

There are not many cons with Meta for Business. On rare occasions, a post may fail to publish when it's scheduled—that can be very frustrating, so it's important to check to make sure it's published properly. You may have an issue with tagging as a user may not always come up but there's a workaround by typing in the profile URL. Meta for Instagram analytics is frequently inaccurate, so I highly recommend going directly to Instagram and manually pulling post analytics.

A necessary platform for all businesses

Kommentare: All in all, a tool that's easy enough to navigate and manage instagram and facebook presences simultaneously. It seems to be updated regularly which is positive, but the customer support is awful as it's all done through bots/pre loaded content. A pet hate!

This platform makes it easy to collaborate between team members.

Nachteile:

It's not always straightforward to find what you need in the first instance, so can take a long time if you're unsure of something.

A required tool for any digital marketer

Kommentare: It is a tool which we are required to use in order to be present and run ad campaigns in Meta. I would never recommend it if we had to pay for it.

Vorteile:

Meta for Business is a useful tool for our digital marketing strategy, it handles the different META brand digital assets in a single place. You can program posts and videos.

Nachteile:

It is constantly changing, and something which works today can break tomorrow. (Account associations, permissions, and of course account suspensions without any cause are the major issues we've faced) Also: It is almost impossible to get any help from the current help options. Customer service is terrible.

Meta Enhances our Growth

Kommentare: We are a small nonprofit. Donations and engagement from social media make up a not-insignificant amount of our fundraising. We are not in a position to even consider removing social media from our business plan. However, we found that there was a significant knowledge gap between staff members who use social media for personal use and professionals who implement marketing strategies. We don't have the budget to hire a full-time social media marketer. At the same time, having untrained staff oversee our social media accounts resulted In underwhelming campaign results and dozens of hours of loss productivity due to their lack of understanding of the features provided by Meta for Business. Utilizing Meta for Business has solved both of those problems. I strongly recommend businesses use the approach we used. It saves money, results in more engagement, and provides a more professional appearance.

Vorteile:

The automated programming, ability to schedule posts, and the analytics that are provided are save us countless hours of manpower each week. By hiring a person to come once a week, we have been able to cut the operations costs of social media campaigns to less than 20% of what we were spending.

Nachteile:

There are no drawbacks or negative impacts of using Meta that would lead us to consider another approach. If anything, the biggest drawback is that it doesn't work on other social media platforms. Once we started using it, we quickly realized how much better it was than the included software on other platforms.

Great Software for Social Media Marketing!

Kommentare: Overall, the experience has been great, even though there can be a few glitches. For the number of enhancements and productivity this software provides, it needs better and more consistency in updates.

This software is excellent, easy to use, and streamlined across multiple accounts for our program. We have been integrating Meta for a while now since we discovered how much data is presented on our engagement and marketing strategies to our audience!

Nachteile:

It is hard to navigate how to merge social media accounts so content can be shared on both platforms. I have looked up numerous "how-tos" and community threads. Even though I have taken all of the correct steps, it is still unsuccessful.

Vorteile:

This is a great tool for reaching your audience and marketing to the right people. The set up is ease for getting a page ready to run. Posting is great and can be done on multi-platforms all at once. The planner is a convenient way to keep on track.

Nachteile:

The cost to run the actual ads can be pricey. The schedule posting should go more then 30 days in advanced. The initial layout for the suites can be a bit confusing.

I like that you can now schedule social content in the app itself. Other third party apps got my Instagram account blocked.

Nachteile:

Almost everything. It's the most confusing piece of software I've ever seen. Every time I click on something, the whole layout and interface changes and it seems to bring you to a new version of the same system, where everything is different. I'm always lost, can never find what I'm looking for and hate to use it.
