Kommentare: LGM allowed us to reactivate dying leads using other channels than emails, which drastically improved the results of our campaigns. In addition, we are also able to daily make our database grow using LGM’s LinkedIn import and enrichment features. LGM also gave us the opportunity to automate a lot of steps in our prospection that were time-consuming and of low value for EMAsphere. Synchronization with our CRM was a key factor in this project. Our CRM has a lot of marketing automation tools but none for sales automation. LGM being natively synchronized with Hubspot was a perfect match, bringing innovative and simple-to-use features.

Complex sequence building via a super user-friendly tools. Multichannel approch is made possible on a easy way via email, LinkedIn, and Twitter. LGM automatically matches and finds the LinkedIn profiles without making it timeconsuming.
Nachteile:
Managing the different sequences and templates can sometimes be a bit complex. Sometimes it's a bit difficult to understand why you do not reach the daily limits of your account in terms of sent emails or messages.

I really love the fact that you can build multi-channels workflows very easily. With branch conditions, you can maximize the number of prospects you reach in a campaign, which is really powerful.
Nachteile:
The management of the widget can be difficult. In fact, you have to make sure that the widget is open on your computer. If not, the actions are not performed.

not yet encoutered, only an issue one time but it was Linkedin that change something on invitation request, LGM team reacted fast and fixed the issue.
