Customer service is second to NONE\! > > **Nachteile**: If I had to try and nitpick something I am not a fan of would probably the process to create automatic PM's for recurring service for vendor such as HVAC, Landscaping, Septic, etc.). I am not a huge fan of having to create a piece of equipment in order to create PM's but I believe this is also something they are working on streamlining. > > I have been using FlowPath for a few years now and I cannot say enough how much I have enjoyed working with the system and also the staff. Leadership within FlowPath has always been open and responsive to any concerns or suggestions that we have had and have done everything in their power to roll out updates upon request. Considering how young this company is compared to their competitors FP is on the rise to rival some of the best CMMS programs out there and are only getting better. The single most important thing in any deployment of tech is how well the company I'm buying from helps me get it deployed and works with the inevitable issues that come up. Flowpath and specifically \[sensitive content hidden\] have gone above and beyond to help me with any issues that come up. Obviously, as they grow, it won't always be possible to have a direct line to the owners of the company, but when it really counts, I've had both of them show up in big ways to make sure our implementation went well and I think that shows their commitment to their customers success now and in the future regardless of if they will be able to personally see to issues that arise or if their team needs to be the ones on troubleshooting.
