They had a real point of view on supplier engagement, pushed back when we tried to cut corners on emission factors, and actually treated procurement people as partners, not as a data extraction exercise. We've got several thousand Tier 1 suppliers and the engagement workflows handled segmentation, campaigns, data quality scoring without us building anything custom on top. Same platform also covers our corporate footprint so we no longer have two disconnected places to look. The platform makes the physical-based vs spend-based distinction explicit, which matters because we're migrating off monetary factors wherever we have actual activity data. > > **Nachteile**: The benchmark tool is a bit limited right now.
