Front-end scaling isn't that great on my laptop. Search feature is absolutely HORRENDOUS and has always been that way. (I.e. - You type in "Jim Smith", you see it for a second, and then it switches to "Jim Acer". Delete the "th", type the letters in again, and then "Jim Smith" \*may\* appear.) New report generation is insanely confusing (thank goodness they left a way to do the "legacy reporting"\!) No way to do batch updates to records (I.e - I send a mass email, but have to update the communication to each individual record). Other smaller issues exist as well... > > I've been using the "new" version for the last 6 months and I miss the old (flash-based) version. All of my co-workers feel the same way. Having said that, the customer support staff is super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I also like the upgrades to their email creation features.
