Employee's hourly rate change even when I NEVER touched that person account, If I do change someone's hourly rate I need to go to 2 places to make sure it reflects on the PTO, and Holiday hours too. System paid an employee a pay cycle after I terminated them. I guess we didn't buy the "onboarding" part of the system because we do NOT hire that often so I still must gather a bunch of info manually form the new employee before I can get them in the system. I think there are TOO MANY report options so I can never find what I want to do. I a-only use the same 3 or 4 reports on a payroll week and that's it.
