> **Vorteile**: Love the integration on payments email etc.   It gives a quick iverview and you are able to access information at the drop of a hat.

> **Nachteile**: The way it handles documents.  Leases and the way it fills in fields feels clunky.  It should know how many tenants and adjust accordingly instead of just leaving a bunch of blank space.  You should bbe able to adjust on the fly.  Also you enter the appliances and all information but cant retrieve the information for the lease.

> Tenants love the ability to pay through the app.  It lets them make multiple payments and see what is happening any time day or night.

In particular, for management reports I would like to easily spread the annual payments for real estate taxes and insurance as a monthly expense on an accrual basis report.
