I chose Palm~tech and have never looked back. I have been using then since day one and they have been great. Everything from customer support to software updates I have been very happy. The software is easy to use and change to my own specifications. Same old BS when you call for support-we are working on it.... We used Galaxy tablets with the old version that worked pretty good, then we were forced to buy PT Complete, The Galaxy Tablets wouldnt work with the new software so we were forced into buying Apple Mini tablets and we have had so many problems with them also. They did not Beta Test this software before forcing it on us. I am not going to waste my time going through all of the problems with this garbage. Then to top it off, I get an email from them telling me our software license was up for renewal and they were billing our credit card on the renewal date. I told them no way do i want to be charged until we get the issues fixed. Well they went ahead and billed us anyway and I have been trying to get this resolved for over a month with no response.
