Grundsätzlich ist Webex ein sehr solides Tool fürs Online-meetings und Konferenzen, alle benötigten Tools, wie Bildschirmteilen und das Mitteilen von Reaktionen stehen zur Verfügung.

Nachteile:

Das Einladen und Einbinden von externen Mitarbeiten führt manchmal zu Problemen und funktioniert nicht immer problemlos, manchmal kann der Raum nicht eröffnet werden oder die Externen können aus welchem Grund auch immer nicht beitreten. Die Konkurrenzprodukte sind da doch etwas benutzerfreundlicher.

Gute Wahl für Meetings, Collaboration, Chat

Vorteile:

An Webex gefällt mir am besten die benutzerfreundliche Oberfläche und die einfache Bedienung. Die Audio- und Videoqualität ist gut und ermöglicht eine reibungslose Kommunikation. Die Funktionen wie Bildschirmfreigabe und Dateiaustausch sind sehr praktisch und erleichtern die Zusammenarbeit. Außerdem gefällt mir, dass Webex plattformübergreifend funktioniert und auf verschiedenen Geräten nutzbar ist. Die Integration von Terminplanern wie Outlook ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Insgesamt bietet Webex eine zuverlässige und effiziente Lösung für virtuelle Meetings und Teamarbeit.

Nachteile:

Es kann manchmal zu Verbindungsproblemen kommen kann. Obwohl die Audio- und Videoqualität normalerweise hervorragend ist, kann es gelegentlich zu Unterbrechungen oder Verzögerungen kommen, was die Kommunikation beeinträchtigen kann. My Experience with Webex

Kommentare: Webex is a good tool for video conferencing and calling. I especially like the software's group and room capabilities.

Webex does not lag like Zoom, and the conferences are much clearer.

Having used both Zoom and Webex, Webex is not as user-friendly as Zoom conferences.

Webex Review by Study Coordinator

Kommentare: I am a study coordinator and I use Webex 1-2x a month for different meetings/trainings with sponsors located around the US.

Vorteile:

Webex allows me to send invitations and meet with people remotely.

Nachteile:

We have had some issues with Webex being offered in a browser or for download. Sometimes different accounts can make it hard for individuals to join meetings.

Kommentare: My overall experience on webex suite is one of the best meeting platform experience till now , the functionalitiesare designed in such a way that it makes work very easy and looks good as well.

Vorteile:

1. Very premium and attractive platform for complete management. 2. Features and functionalities are just wow to connect and link with the customers. 3.Calendar invites , meeting sharing and details sharing are easy and super hassle free.

Nachteile:

1. Costly and less popular in organization. 2. Although the performance is good but it crashed easily whenever system encounter little CPU issues or spikes.

Convenient!

Kommentare: After the initial configuration, WebEx has allowed our company to connect easily with customers and potential clients.

Vorteile:

WebEx makes things a lot easier for end users. Our company utilizes the Teams add-in and the mobile app every day. It's very convenient to be able to take calls on the go, whether on a laptop or mobile device.

It took some time to get accustomed to the admin portal.

No intuitive interface, features hard to find

Kommentare: I am an experienced user of video meeting platforms. I operator school, and we do all of our courses online and we had been using Zoom for years before we decided to switch. I experienced a lot of frustration the first time that I used WebEx. A lot of features that I was used to having on the other platform that I use was not available in WebEx. It feels like an old interface that they’re using and there’s definitely a significant learning curve to get started.

Vorteile:

The video quality of webex was excellent. It has a crystal clear display of all meeting participants.

Nachteile:

I didn’t find it easy to use. Every other video meeting software I’ve used has been super simple. WebEx feels like an old interface and a lot of the features are hidden or not available.
