Tickets will sit for days with no response and I feel that I always have to reach out to our success manager in order to get a response. Things don't feel timely and nothing seems important. Reporting is also hard to navigate as we've found that sometimes we try to create reports that we need specific for our firm and it doesn't turn out the way we want to. We'd hate to keep bothering support but I wish it was more intuitive. > > Overall the experience has been okay. We've expected much greater for the price we are paying and right now the price tag definitely does not match the product.
