I have been using it for 7 Months now and I can honestly say that this is the most comprehensive dialer on the market. If you have a simple setup, this might not be for you. But If you are working a decent size team with more than one department and a dynamic flow for your calls then this is for you. Be ready to pay up because with great software come great monthly bills. They are extremely expensive. Worth the price? Not entirely. It's definitely overpriced. However, it's the best.
