September 2026* | Buchhaltung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: All-in-One Operations: Unifies product packaging, GDS inventory, CRM, integrated payments, and accrual accounting into one unified platform. Tailored for Group \& Tour Operators: Extremely effective at managing multi-day group logistics, rooming lists, passenger manifests, and dynamic supplier rules. Financial Controls: Margin management, automated payment schedules, and clear line-item P\&L statements per trip. > > **Nachteile**: Customization Costs: Tailoring specific features or requesting custom software changes to match legacy processes can be costly and time-consuming. Interface Complexity: The data-dense, table-driven interface can feel clunky or overwhelming for lightweight, individual (FIT) travel or simple daily bookings. > > Softrip functions as a robust, end-to-end travel management system designed primarily for multi-day, group, and package tour operators. Originating out of Gate 1 Travel, it delivers an all-in-one "single source of truth" operational hub. The platform excels at unifying reservations, inventory, product building, and backend accounting without forcing teams to rely on fragmented third-party software. While it shines for large-scale and complex group itineraries, the initial setup can involve a learning curve, and customized adjustments can carry higher implementation costs. ----- ### "Flexibility in Pricing" — 5.0/5 > **Paula** | *23. Mai 2024* | Gastgewerbe | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: The ability to customize markups and pricing by supplier and by agency. Previous platforms I have worked on do not allow this and are all or nothing by brand. > > **Nachteile**: Previously most of our development has been customized rather than considered basic TO functionality, but we are happy to know Softrip is moving towards more across the board functionality. ----- ### "AAA Club Adventures" — 3.0/5 > **Bethany** | *31. Januar 2023* | Freizeit, Reisen & Tourismus | Empfehlungsbewertung: 7.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: The product / package builds are user friendly. Reporting functionality is almost always correct and fast > > **Nachteile**: The time and cost associated with custom changes to better fit business needs > > Overall Softrip has provided the tour operator functions needed to grow our business. With such a small team on our end, receiving proactive assistance or ideas on how to better use the system would be welcome so that we are not guessing on how to best leverage the platform. ----- ### "The Best Tour Operator Software I Have Used" — 5.0/5 > **Michael** | *5. Juni 2024* | Computer-Software | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: The entire Softrip Team is fantastic. From the Admin staff, to the Engineers, Development, and Support Team, they are all a pleasure to work with. > > **Nachteile**: The native reporting capabilities necessitate 3rd party reporting tools. > > I have worked with 5 different Tour Operator software companies over 20 years. During that time, I have worked with the Softrip system and team for 18 and they are, by far, the best I've worked with. ----- ### "Softrip is a platform we enjoy and recommend." — 5.0/5 > **Guy** | *17. Januar 2023* | Freizeit, Reisen & Tourismus | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: We have been using Softrip and as we have scaled up in size we have been supported and the product has grown tremendously in flexibility and ease of use during that time. > > **Nachteile**: Softrip has loads of features and implementation is sometimes challenging. ## Links - [Auf Capterra anzeigen](https://www.capterra.ch/software/85249/softrip) ## Diese Seite ist in den folgenden Sprachen verfügbar | Sprache | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Strukturierte Daten
