> **Vorteile**: When your website monitor fails, it records both the HTML response and the traceroute, which can be very helpful in debugging. Also, customer support was helpful.

> **Nachteile**: It is fairly expensive. Also, the UI is a little cumbersome. For instance, by default, the monitor doesn't alert anyone, so you have to specifically go into the monitor to select who you want to alert. If you don't change the default, you won't get alerted if the monitor is down. I'd rather it select the default group or at least give you an error when you try to save it.
