Also, there is a field where you can enter a Return to Dr. date, when the patient returns to see their referring provider, but the field resets itself randomly and does not keep the date in place. There is no way to find individual medical records. We are required to keep medical records accessible to patients and legal medical record requests for 7 -10 years. The records are sent over in hundreds of folders that are randomly named in no logical order. There is no way to find an individual record by name or date of service, Customer support provides no help.
