> **Vorteile**: I love the reminder features that can automatically go out. Some of the reporting is also very helpful. I love being able to integrate my credit card system into the POS.

> I have used a smart since 2013. Overall, I would give them an A minus. Customer service is phenomenal but sometimes you have to get to higher levels to get certain issues resolved. It should not be that way. Wait times are extremely long to speak to someone but that has improved lately.

Also, the learning curve was gradual but supported by team and AI assistance via chat.  They are open to improvements and do periodical updates to system as needed.

> **Nachteile**: Value was a bit higher than expected and changed vs what we were quoted. Some features need to be improved around membership and website building which is too basic and limited.
> 
> Overall, it's been a positive experience and easy to learn for all employees. They were very helpful in porting over our existing customer base along with our retail merchandise.
